How we build?
we schedule an interview with our client.
Our UX (user experience) designer's team instead of asking questions directly about clients' needs and wants, they ask's questions like "what, how, and why" to gain a deeper understanding of client's perspective to get all the details from interview. Because sometimes clients missed out some important info or issues of their needs. so, our UX designer's team responsibilities is to figure out those missing information that our client couldn't share and build a strong source of "information set" of client's projects to develop a quality product.
Then we develop possible solution and build first prototype. after that we schedule second interview with our client to discuss about the changes or updates of the prototype and make sure client is 100% satisfied. Finally, we move forward to develop the final product.
